MICROMINE, the leading provider of intuitive software solutions to the mining and exploration industry, will showcase its advanced mining solutions at MiningWorld Russia 2017, held 25 – 27 April 2017 in Moscow, Russia. The MICROMINE team is located at booth A405.
Micromine 2016, released to International mining communities in 2016 and is MICROMINE’s leading exploration and 3D mine design solution, which allows users to capture, manage and interpret critical data.
Regional Manager, Boris Kurtsev commented “Micromine’s Geological Information System (GIS) functionality, allows users the opportunities for 3D visualization. This software was originally designed for planning and constructing 3D models of deposits but now can be adapted to much more.”
Micromine’s tools are intended to clearly reflect the data: starting with Vizex and ending with modules functions. The capabilities of Vizex (Visual Explorer) are vast, not only a visualisation environment for displaying, querying, and interactively editing multiple data layers, it is the medium for converting various data to 3D format and models.
It allows user to display three-dimensional trajectory of wells, frames ore bodies, mine workings, and more. The modular structure of Micromine provides advanced features for generating different histograms, scatter plots, cuts, statistical analysis and others.
Visitors to MiningWorld Russia will have the opportunity not only to test the leading exploration and 3D Mine Design Solution, Micromine but will be able to evaluate real-time results. At booth A405, delegates will able to try on Microsoft HoloLens glasses and put Micromine models to the test. Developed by the Phylogroup, this technology to is provided to Micromine as the first application in Russia.
