September 27th, 2017 – MICROMINE, the leading provider of intuitive software solutions to the mining and exploration industry, is delighted to announce authorised Reseller BNA Consulting has been awarded the 10th Top Engineering Award from the Alumni Association of Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) as the best engineering and software company for Geological and Mine Modelling, Resources and Reserves.
BNA is a consulting firm based in Brazil focusing on providing technology solutions to the mining sector with a focus on assisting clients reduce costs and increase production. The team is made up of geoscientists, engineers and IT professionals.
This award recognises BNA for its work in the field of Resource and Reserves Evaluation and the provision of top quality Geological and Mining Software. The winner is chosen by the alumni of UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) in direct consultation with respected top professionals from the industry.
The award is in its 10th year, with BNA taking out the award an incredible 7 times since 2011, which is a credit to the high-quality service the organisation provides to the market.

The UFMG awards ceremony took place at Minas Tênis Clube in Belo Horizonte, on September 21st with BNA’s Pedro Nader on hand to receive the award on behalf of BNA.
