19 February 2018: Leading mining-software solutions provider MICROMINE will preview its latest major product releases, Geobank 2018 and Micromine 2018, at PDAC 2018, to be held at the International Convention, Trade Show & Investor Exchange from 4 to 7 March.
MICROMINE provides mining companies with integrated tools for 3D modelling, estimation, design, optimisation, and scheduling. Geobank is a leading data-management solution, while Micromine caters for 3D modelling and mine design. Pitram is the world’s leading underground fleet management and mine-control solution.
The MICROMINE team present at PDAC 2018 will focus on explaining to delegates how its software solutions, which cover the entire mining cycle, can assist mining operations in meeting their business objectives in an increasingly cost-competitive commodities’ environment.

Both Geobank 2018 and Micromine 2018 have been developed on the back of extensive client feedback. “We are extremely proud of our investment in R&D programs at MICROMINE. We value our clients input and are committed to provide product releases every 12-18months,” Gilbey comments.
The latest iterations of both Geobank and Micromine will be launched officially in March and April respectively, with new features aimed at improving functionality and usability. Technical product specialists will be on-hand at the MICROMINE stand at PDAC 2018 to provide delegates with more detailed information about the latest software solutions.
Billed as the largest event of its kind for the mining industry in North America, MICROMINE will use PDAC 2018 as a platform to not only catch up with existing clients and their current projects, but to establish new relationships with potential clients, and to introduce them to the benefits of its software solutions.
