13 November 2018 – With an eye to the rapidly increasing demand for the popular Magna Tyres brand and the expected growth in 2019, another expansion of the NL Hardenberg plant will be finalized in 2018. Although it is only two months after the 26.5R25 and 29.5R25 expansion, production will rise to 7.000 tyres in the 17.5R25,
20.5R25 and 23.5R25 tyre ranges in 2019. The growth is in keeping with the 2018 – 2023 business plan to continue the increase of production aimed at improving product availability for the loyal Magna customer base worldwide.
The combination of innovative European engineered technology and the Hardenberg/NL production ensures the premium quality manufacturing required to provide end users with the lowest cost per hour performance, for which Magna renowned.
Moreover, the production is not subject to Chinese Anti-dump tariffs and therefore offers advantages to customers in specific countries such as America, Turkey and Brazil. As a result, the growth of the Magna brand will continue to increase in the coming years, strengthening its position as an industry leader & the fastest growing OTR company in the world.
