MICROMINE will be exhibiting at the annual International Mining and Resource Conference 2017 in Melbourne. The conference is one of the largest of its kind in Australia and brings together over 3,000 delegates from across the industry including mining leaders, policy makers, investors, technical experts and service providers.
Running from the 30th of October – November 2nd at Melbourne’s Convention and Exhibition Centre, IMARC will focus on all facets of mining from exploration to production, new technology and innovation.
The exhibition space, which includes an area dedicated to innovation, will feature over 100 companies from within the mining technology and services sector. The event also features over 20 different networking events that aim to foster new business relationships and increase knowledge sharing between delegates. A diverse range of keynote speakers are confirmed for the event including C-level mining executives, technology and innovation experts and environmental professionals.
MICROMINE will be showcasing its intuitive mining solutions throughout the event including data management solution Geobank, mine design solution Micromine, and fleet management solution Pitram. MICROMINE product specialists will be available to discuss how our solutions, which cover the entire mining process, can benefit your operation.
Geobank Product Strategy Manager Mark Gabbitus will be showcasing the recent enhancements made to Geobank and Geobank Mobile at the event. There has been a strong focus on the usability of Geobank this year with the key aim to improve the user experience for Geobank and Geobank Mobile. “New features in Graphic Reports will really make a difference to our users, and that isn’t the only area where we have made significant changes”, said Gabbitus.
We are also excited to be able to demonstrate our new mobile mining application, Pitram Connect which allows users to retrieve information about their assets, people, equipment, production and locations all from their mobile tablet or device. More than ever, there is demand for convenient, 24/7 access to data.
Pitram Sales Manager Chris Rowohlt commented “Pitram Connect was developed on the back of demand from our clients, it allows mine managers and shift bosses access to their data without impacting mine control personnel or having to be at a workstation”.
Pitram Connect can be used by any Pitram client that has Pitram V4.8 and the Pitram RESTful Integration Services (PRIS) module. The app is available now on the App Store for iPhone (iOS10 and above) and on Google Play for Android phones (6.0 Marshmallow and above).
“The program for IMARC looks really exciting with a strong focus on innovation and technology, we can’t wait to get there and catch up with some of our key clients”.
MICROMINE’s Product Specialists will deliver software demonstrations at the MICROMINE booth throughout the event.
