WHY: The fifth Mining Magazine Industry Leaders’ Roundtable meeting will be held on September 25th in conjunction with the MINExpo International event. The theme for this year’s roundtable is “the future of mining.”

The roundtable will bring together some of the most influential people in the mining industry to discuss topics currently affecting the industry, such as the global economy and its effects on companies operating in the mining and exploration sectors; energy in mining; the role of automation at mines of the future; emerging technologies and concepts as alternatives to traditional mining and processing systems; and improved mine design and construction solutions.
