Star Diamond acquires Buffalo Hills project in Alberta
Located approximately 400 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, the Buffalo Hills project includes 21 mineral leases covering 4,800 hectares.
LINCOLN, ALABAMA–(Marketwire – Sept. 28, 2012) – CMKM Diamonds, Inc. will hold a Shareholder vote to elect two Shareholder Directors to serve on the new Board of Directors for the Company. The vote will be held by Transfer Online beginning at 7 AM CDT Sunday, September 30, 2012 and ending 12 Midnight CDT Tuesday, October 2, 2012.
