Boart Longyear drills deepest hole in Ghana

Boart Longyear and its drilling crews have drilled the deepest hole ever in Ghana. They drilled a hole 2083.4 meters (6,835 feet) deep. The team installed a wedge and navi drilled the hole on track at 600 meters and kept on track to the end of the hole. The directional drilling project for Golden Star was completed safely and ahead of schedule.
