Barrick touts ‘world-class’ potential of Fourmile project with significant resource boost
For the next stage of the Fourmile project, Barrick plans to start a three-year prefeasibility study in 2025.
On September 6, BlackRock, Inc. announced that on September 3, 2012, the company acquired 17,723 common shares in the capital of Newcrest Mining Ltd. at a price of USD 25.27 per share.
Following the transaction, BlackRock has control or direction over a total of 86,517,607 common Shares of Newcrest, representing around 11.31% of the outstanding common shares of Newcrest.
The common shares were acquired in the ordinary course of business for investment purposes only and not for the purpose of exercising control or direction over Newcrest.
