Agnico Eagle is the world’s most-resilient gold miner

The GAS project, which is set to initially produce up to 2.5 million tons of rock salt annually, represents North America’s first new salt mine in nearly three decades.  

The conditions for the deal approval include Bunge's divestiture of six grain elevators in Western Canada and a binding commitment from Bunge to invest at least C$520 million.

The company can acquire 100% interest in the Caboose, Kawip and Manic property for total payment of C$300,000.

The Golddigger property spans 666 square kilometres within the Golden Triangle’s Eskay Rift.
