A TEC GRECO supplies Hot Gas Generators (HGG) for project in New Caledonia

In 2013, A TEC GRECO was awarded to supply two of the largest vertical coal fired Hot Gas Generators (HGG) with a thermal capacity of 53 MW each for generating hot gas (above 900°C). It was manufactured by Brodosplit Shipbuilding Industry in Split, Croatia. The Hot-Gas-Generator main bodies as well as the supporting steel structure, anticorrosion protection, painting, stairhouse and all required material for assembly on site were delivered in January 2014. The plant is located in Nouméa, New Caledonia and produces nickel ore.

Additionally one smaller 7 MW HGG for the drying process of coal mill was delivered and will be integrated into the Loesche vertical mill.
