Touring Caterpillar’s new global mining headquarters

Caterpillar’s (NYSE:CAT) spring acquisition of Bucyrus netted the company brand new corporate headquarters for its mining division, Caterpillar Global Mining Headquarters.
Last month MINING.com took a tour of the 26-acre corporate campus, located just south of Milwakee in Oak Creek.
The campus has room for over 200 employees.
Bucyrus’s employees moved into the building in April 2010, which was vacated by the former tenant, Midwest Airlines. Caterpillar employees moved in this year after the acquisition.
The full address of Caterpillar Global Mining Headquarters is 6744 South Howell Avenue, Oak Creek, WI, United States.
Catepillar’s global corporate headquarters are located in Peoria, Illinois.
