MULHEIM-RUHR, GERMANY / CLEARWATER, FL, April 28, 2008 – Sensidyne, LP a Florida limited partnership and member of the Schauenburg Group has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Sensidyne, Inc., a leading manufacturer of industrial health and safety instrumentation. The agreement transfers ownership of the assets of Sensidyne, Inc. from Siegel-Robert, Inc. to the Schauenburg Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
