Royal Energy Resources, Inc. (ROYE) Obtains Lease Approval of Rare Earth Property

BROOKLYN, NY–(Marketwire – Nov 21, 2011) – Royal Energy Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:ROYE) today announced that the company obtained approval from the state board of Wyoming for an all out lease of 2,100 acres of the Crook County Rare Earth property. The rare earth property is believed to host rare earth elements (REE’s) and Precious Metals.

“This is an exciting time for us,” said Jacob Roth, President of Royal Energy Resources, Inc. “Our REE property is situated near one of the largest rare earth deposits in North America, and our next step in the near term will be a request for a drilling/testing permit from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality/Land Quality Division.”

The Crook County Rare Earth property is approximately 10 miles from Bear Lodge Mountain. The US geological survey has studied the area of Bear Lodge Mountain extensively (USGS Prof. paper 1049 -D) and estimates that it contains one of the largest deposits of disseminated rare earth elements in North America. Rare Element Resources Ltd. is another owner of mineral leases situated close to the Crook County Rare Earth property, and they estimate approximately 15 million tons of rare earth minerals in their mining section.

We look forward to keeping you updated in the near future.
