Star Diamond acquires Buffalo Hills project in Alberta
Located approximately 400 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, the Buffalo Hills project includes 21 mineral leases covering 4,800 hectares.
Idex reports Rockwell Diamonds last week said it will voluntarily terminate the registration of its common shares in the US:
Rockwell said its board of directors considered many factors in making this decision, including the low liquidity of the stock on the OTC Bulletin Board, the cost associated with preparing and filing periodic reports and the demands placed on management to comply with SEC reporting obligations.
