China’s December copper imports hit 13-month high
For the whole of 2024, unwrought copper imports totalled 5.68 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.27%.

There’s also the issue of the $4bn loan commitments from World Bank et al expiring next week.
Otgochuluu says that’s “not an obstacle”.
