The Pilbara Aboriginal Contractors Association Inc. (PACA), has compiled a report which details a distinct lack of opportunities for Aboriginal contractors in our rich mining region.
PACA has begun pressuring the State Government to respond to the discriminatory behaviour displayed by the majority of resource operators. The report proposes various legislative changes including requiring business entities to open up business opportunities to Aboriginal contractors.
