Endeavour acquired the Pitarrilla project from SSR Mining in July 2022 for total consideration of $70 million and a 1.25% net smelter returns royalty.

The companies also entered into an option agreement for Heliostar to acquire 100% of the San Antonio gold project, also in Mexico.

The company will increase the size of its recently announced bought deal financing to C$18.3 million.

The acquired portfolio includes one producing gold royalty on First Majestic’s La Encantada gold operation, four development silver royalties and three advanced exploration silver royalties.

Vizsla will own or beneficially control approximately 12% of the issued and outstanding Prismo shares.
