Country released data from a large airborne electromagnetic survey across parts of the states of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
Researchers at the Queensland University of Technology propose the idea of using feldspars found in mine tailings as part of a potential cheaper catalyst for hydrogen fuel production.
The company says it’s working with industry giants including Japan’s JFE Steel and China’s HBIS Group on ways to reduce manufacturers’ carbon footprint.
Project will seek to produce data to reduce the cost of geophysical characterisation of the subsurface and develop a safer resource extraction process.
