CALGARY, ALBERTA – TheNewswire - April 4, 2025 — CE Brands Inc. (TSXV: CEBI) ("CE Brands" or the "Company") today announced the Company has completed its name change to Vitalist Inc.
The Company's common shares began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol "VITA" (TSXV: VITA) on April 4, 2025. The new CUSIP number assigned to the Company's shares following the name change will be 92847E103. No action is required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share certificates are not affected by the name change and will not need to be exchanged.
The corporate name change was approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on June 28, 2023, and has received all necessary approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange.
There is no change in the share capital of the Company, and the name change does not affect the rights of the Company's shareholders. Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the name change.
