(TSXV: ATX) ("ATEX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that in accordance with its Stock Option Plan, it has granted an aggregate of 2,290,870 incentive stock options to employees of which 1,474,650 have been granted to officers. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one ATEX common share at an exercise price of $1.63 over a period of five years. In addition, 422,098 restricted share units ("RSU") have been granted to directors of the Company and will vest on the date of termination of his or her membership on the Board. The RSUs were granted in accordance with the Company's Restricted Share Unit Plan.
