Silver Crown Royalties Announces Closing of $1,159,120 Subsequent Financing

TORONTO, ON, August 1, 2024TheNewswire – Silver Crown Royalties Inc. (Cboe Canada: SCRI) (“Silver Crown” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the $1,159,120 non-brokered private placement (the “Subsequent Financing”) previously announced on July 30, 2024 and disclosed in the Listing Statement of Silver Crown dated July 22, 2024 and filed on SEDAR+.

The Company raised an aggregate of $1,159,120 pursuant to the Subsequent Financing on the issuance of 115,912 units (“Units”) of the Company at a price of $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (“Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole Common Share purchase warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share (each, a “Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of $16.00 per Warrant Share until 4:30 pm (Toronto time) on June 28, 2027.

In connection with the Subsequent Financing, the Company paid $83,760 in cash commissions to a finder.  Proceeds of the Subsequent Financing will be used to fund cash portions of royalty purchases and working capital.
