Pennsylvania DEP Wants EPA to Revoke Injection Permit

Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection has asked the Environmental Protection Agency to revoke a permit a CONSOL subsidiary uses to inject water into the Morris Run Borehole at the defunct Blacksville Number One Mine.
