Patagonia Gold announces exercise of options

TORONTO, March 7, 2012 /CNW/ – Patagonia Gold Plc (TSX:PAT, AIM:PGD) (“the Company”) today announced that, following the exercise of share options, application has been made for the admission of 525,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (“New Ordinary Shares”) to trading on AIM.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8 a.m. on March 9, 2012.

Following admission of the new shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company’s ordinary shares will be 737,015,878. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Patagonia Gold.
