Higher copper output, prices fuel Grupo Mexico profit jump
Copper production during the quarter totaled 270,747 metric tons, up 4.7% from a year earlier.
Outotec has signed a contract with ZAO Miheevsky, a subsidiary of Russian Copper Co, for the design and delivery of a new copper concentrator for the Miheevsky porphyry-copper project in Cheylabinsk, Russia. The contract value exceeds US$85.1 million, which will be booked in Outotec’s September quarter intake. Read more
