Copper market’s biggest whale fuels speculation of a major shift
The world’s single biggest buyer of copper, State Grid Corp. of China, has slowed its purchases of copper wire this year.
Siemens Metals Technologies has received an order from the Chinese Henan Youngshun Aluminium Co. Ltd., to supply three new process control systems with the associated flatness measurement and coolant sprays technology. The value of these orders exceeds two million Euros.
