Modular Expands Global Accounts Management Team
Following the successful introduction of the Global Corporate Accounts Management team last year, Modular Mining Systems, Inc. CEO Peter Carter has announced the team’s expansion—a development that will enhance Modular’s ability to respond to ongoing global consolidation in the mining industry.
“I am pleased to announce the expansion of our Global Accounts Management team,” said Carter. “With this initiative, our customers with worldwide operations will have access to executives that are dedicated to pursuing unified and coordinated strategies on a worldwide basis.”
Peter Wan and Manfredo Manfredi have been appointed to the Global Accounts Management team, with former Global Accounts Manager David Goddard moving to the North American business unit. Wan and Manfredi, Modular veterans, successfully started their careers with Modular in regional business units—Wan in Australia and Manfredi in Chile. More recently, Wan served as Manager of Marketing Services in Tucson, while Manfredi operated as Manager of Sales in the Modular North America regional office.
“Both Peter and Manfredo have extensive knowledge of the mining market and a proven track record in delivering solutions for mining customers,” says Carter. “As our customers migrate towards globally unified product and service offerings, we are excited to be able to leverage the broad range of experience and regional knowledge that both men provide.”
