Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: MSA) – FINAL REPORT – Letter of Intent Signed to Acquire Potash Project

Investment Highlights

• Mesa signed a letter of intent to acquire the Pine Valley potash project in August 2010. This project is located in southwestern Utah. Historical records show that this project has 82.7 million tons of in-situ alunite resource at an average grade of 35.5% (non NI 43-101 compliant).
• In September 2010, Mesa contracted Continental Metallurgical Services to review technical reports and develop an economic analysis in accordance to NI 43-101 standards to determine the viability of mine development for the Pine Valley potash project.
