Marland Alignment Lasers up for sale
Marland Alignment Lasers President, Chris Armstrong, is trying to find a suitable buyer for the 30 year old business. Started in 1979, due to the need for a laser to save survey time on a remote tunnelling project, the company’s most recent addition is the long distance Marland Model 500 ‘mine-laser’. As with its predecessors, the Marland Model 400 (1989) & 400D (1996) ‘mine-lasers’, the 500 is, according to the company, the only long distance alignment laser in the world suitable for guiding raises.
