The Economist Intelligence Unit says Russian mining activities in Sub‑Saharan Africa will be impacted by sanctions but without having a serious negative impact on domestic mining sectors.
The approval has been needed since President Vladimir Putin April signed a bill requiring Russian companies to delist their depositary receipts abroad.
