The proposed mine straddles the West Australian and Northern Territory border on the Browns Range Dome and is expected to produce 279,000 kg of dysprosium a year over its 10-year mine life.
Index gained 9% from April to June, outperforming the S&P/TSX Composite index, which gained 6%, and the London Metal Exchange index, which gained 7% in the same period.
