Ludman Industries, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin acquired Northern Machine and Technologies of Wabeno, WI., a former division of the Cudahy based American Welding and Manufacturing. The new name of the division will be known as Northern Machine and Engineering.
The personnel and equipment will be relocated into the Ludman manufacturing plant in Milwaukee.
Ludman also has a contract division to manufacture OEM parts for customers in the greater Midwest.
