Lake Shore Gold to double gold resource over next 12 months

Officials double-counted gold shipments in warehouses following a change in methodology in July, Bloomberg sources say.

Torex's 2024 production forecast remains intact, with the company tracking towards the lower end of the 450,000-470,000 oz. guidance range.

The miner said it could suspend operations if gold shipments remain blocked.

The 2,488ct diamond is named Motswedi ("water spring") and the 1,094ct stone is called Seriti ("aura" or "presence").
