About the role
We are looking for Maintenance Support Officers for upcoming opportunities to be part of our Fixed Plant Team across various sites in the Pilbara. These roles are a great opportunity for safety conscious individuals looking to continually improve and contribute to our culture and world class asset.
Working on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster and reporting to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Support the safety culture and ensure that the RTIO core values are adhered at all times
- Collaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders in the performance of duties
- Participate in planning and scheduling meetings
- Assist maintenance team in general application of efficient maintenance planning methodologies
- Analyse parts requirements for planned work
- Provide timely notification to maintenance Planners and Schedulers of any parts supply issues which may impact planned or scheduled work
- Ensure timely consolidation of parts and materials through the coordination with Planners, Schedulers, Warehouse Officers, freight providers and other external vendors
- Coordinate the return of stock to the warehouse in accordance with the RTIV process for the credit, vendor credit or disposal
- Provide front-line procurement and logistics support to the maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination functions with excellent and proactive customer service
- Ensure all audit requirements are met and are in line with company policy and procedure requirements.
What you’ll bring
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Australian Driver’s License- HR or above
- High Risk Work Licenses (LF & DG) – (Preferred)
- Dangerous Good License- (Preferred)
- Warehousing and SAP experience – (Preferred)
