Senior Quantity Surveyor – Large Data Center Project - Frankfurt
Earthstream Global is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a large Data Center project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will support the commercial and contractual aspects of the project from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale Data Center project, working closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
- Prepare variations, valuations, and support final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the construction industry, ideally with some experience on mission-critical projects.
- Experience in cost management, procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial management software.
Desirable
- Experience on large Data Center or mission critical projects.
- Experience delivering projects in Germany.
