Clerk Snr – Fixed Term Contract

In this role you will be responsible for:

Effective maintenance administration support services to mining / engineering department
Effective administration of necessary systems
Generate PR’s, PM Orders, service entry sheets and notification forms
Compiling SAP tracking reports on outstanding purchase requisitions / orders and follow ups

About you:

Grade 12
SAP Maintenance qualification will be an added advantage
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Computer literate (MS Office Suite, Project, and SAP)
Good communication skills
Ability to meet daily and monthly deadlines
