Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Senior Workforce Management Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will collaborate with cross functional teams in Operations, Finance, and other Human Resources functions to align workforce processes and data. This includes workforce reporting, supporting workforce budgeting and Life of Mine processes with accurate data, and providing actionable, data-driven insights.
- Support Agnico’s Workforce Management Process, including workforce reporting and planning processes and tools to be prepared for analysis of anticipated short and long-term labour market changes (internal and external).
- Maintain reporting, analytics, metrics, data collection for the creation of regular reporting tools and make available meaningful data for operations and senior management to be used in decision making.
- Collaborate with other HR departments, Operations, and Finance to align on workforce data, to review future workforce plans, analyze and explain trends that will support site management and human resources teams
- Support annual workforce budgeting activities primarily by ensuring budget and actual workforce data collection and identifying meaningful and wherever possible common workforce metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements related to workforce management
- Research and make recommendations on existing processes and metrics that impact the labour market forecasting and planning.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained (in collaboration with HR Systems).
- Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”) reporting and analytics as needed.
- Perform thorough analysis of Great Place to Work results in order to inform and advance DEI initiatives.
- Support various projects activities.
What You Need To Succeed
- Post-secondary education and/or certification in a related field such as Human Resources;
- 3+ years of relevant experience including Human Resources reporting, analytics, data management and / or human resources information systems;
- Comfortable working with systems (HRIS);
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI;
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach;
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- French or Spanish is considered an asset.
Your Work Schedule
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the ability to work within the teleworking policy from one of our offices in Toronto, ON. Occasional visits to site may also be required.
