Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities
What makes you remarkable?
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain project-related data in systems and trackers
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain technical documents, drawings, and records in both hard copy and electronic formats
- Support the field project engineering team in preparing, issuing, and tracking STQs/TQs
- Log all technical queries accurately and maintain up‑to‑date registers
- Assist with technical queries and provide administrative support to the field project engineering team
- Set up and manage shared project drives and websites, including issuing and approving access
- Manage project-specific forms, instructions, and templates
- Perform general office duties, including scanning, copying, emailing, and filing
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Humanities & Social Sciences, General Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of project or administrative experience, preferably within the Engineering and Construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong administrative and secretarial skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to address issues promptly and proactively
- Prior experience in Document Control is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
