Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a comprehensive sustainability and ESG strategy;
- Engages with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, local and state authorities and
communities, regulatory bodies and others to promote transparency and
address sustainability concerns;
- Ensures creation and implementation of relevant communication/media strategies, ensuring adequate media representation of the company;
- Leads media and public activities, and manages enquiries from media, building a lasting, favourable public image of the company;
- Monitors media reports about the Company, eliminates negative effect of unfavourable reports and take PR measures to uphold a positive public image of the Company;
- Ensures proper internal communication and coordination within the company, in relation to public/media issues and enquiries;
- Establishes and maintains robust governance frameworks, ethics policies, and accountability mechanisms to ensure compliance and responsible business practices;
- Works on social initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, community engagement, employee wellbeing, human rights;
- Reports timely and accurately to his superior and is responsible for data accuracy;
- Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Acquired bachelor or master diploma;
- More than 10 years of work experience in areas related to ESG and, preferably, in media relations;
- Excellent computer skills in applicable software;
- Excellent English level;
- Excellent level written and verbal communication skills,
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
