Our Opportunity

Eliwana

Fortescue’s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.

Roster: 7D7R FIFO Ex Perth or Busselton

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repairs of the water equipment across Eliwana This equipment includes compressors, oily water seperators, submersible pumps, isolation and control valves.

Key Responsibilities

Routine servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on the fleet of compressors, oily water seperators, submersible pumps, isolation and control valves.
Priorities and attend breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime
Diagnostics and fault finding
Inspection and maintenance of the above listed equipment

Qualifications and Experience

Mechanical trade background in either mobile or fixed plant maintenance.
Self-motivated and ability to work in a strong team environment as well as individually
Strong organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrate strong safety values
Experience with Fortescue’s computer-based systems (BMS, SAP)
HR drivers’ license, forklift, CN, rigging or dogging tickets preferable
