This is a seasonal position and is from March 2025 - August 2025.
What You Will Do
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating daily with customers, carriers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel via telephone, email, fax, or in person.
- Fax / email Proof of Delivery files as requested.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate filing systems.
- File invoices, contracts, itineraries, BOL’s, PODs, and other paperwork as required.
- Sort paperwork turned in daily to determine if there are any revisions to be addressed.
- Work directly with Inventory and Logistics Coordinators to ensure daily loading maps, contracts & itineraries, and invoices are processed and rated accurately to ensure we are current within our 2-day turnaround.
- Assist in creating manual BOL’s for non-generated BOL’s and Customer returns.
- Provide support to other areas of the office during peak periods or others absence as requested.
What You Will Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 1+ years previous work experience within a warehousing and logistics company an asset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.
