The Digital Transformation Associate will support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance through technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital tools, data analytics.
What will you do?
- Gather and organize data from various sources.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings.
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in data.
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and propose digital solutions.
- Support the integration of new technologies and systems.
- Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation projects.
Education & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science).
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is mandatory.
- Power Platform experience is a mandatory.
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
