Senior Commercial Manager - Data Centre Projects!
An international client of ours is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their Data Centre Division with the team based in Dublin. If you are a commercial expert with proven leadership skills, ready to lead teams, build strong relationships, and ensure efficient project delivery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the commercial team, offering training, development, and strategic support.
- Build commercial awareness within the site team and oversee the Client-Team interface.
- Provide strategic advice to overcome challenges and ensure project success.
- Monitor and manage the commercial health of projects, ensuring a positive financial outcome.
- Oversee cost planning and long-term cash forecasting for complex projects.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships to deliver the best commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years experience in Commercial / Civils Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in reporting and analysing commercial data.
- Completed a relevant third level qualification.
- Experience with Bonds/warranties/Insurances.
- Behavioural Based Safety (BBS).
- Good experience with Data Centre projects.
