Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Maintenance Assistant Superintendent, you will ensure that the planning and reliability service is provided to the Maintenance Department for mobile equipment, the assets of the E&I Department, and those of the Process Plant. This planning must include the next 12 months, CAPEX and OPEX, as well as planning until the end of the mine’s life in close collaboration with the Asset Management team.
- Manage a team of planners whose responsibility is to ensure the planning for the next 12 months of all maintenance execution departments;
- Ensure that medium/long-term planning is done for OPEX and CAPEX maintenance activities;
- Manage the workload of the team members, monitor performance and deadlines, develop skills, and complie with OHS and environmental rules;
- Produce annual budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) for the Mobile Maintenance Department based on the latest mine plan received;
- Ensure the integration into the CMMS of any mobile assets that have been acquired (CAPEX / OPEX) and the removal of any assets that have been eliminated from the fleet;
- Provide the workforce scheduling service for the execution of the work of the garages, mobile equipment and the warehouse, the coordination of the logistics of transporting parts and the coordination of the logistics of transporting, once at the site, new assets and assets to be retired.
What You Need To Succeed
- Technical or University education in a relevant field (Administration, Project Management, Engineering);
- Possess your Professional Project Management (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Maintenance Management certification;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management;
- Ability to influence, organized, capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and basic in Finance
Your Work Schedule
- 7 days of work, followed by 7 days for transportation and rest.
