**Job Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields;
2. Over three years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with experience in large-scale contractor roles. Strong capabilities in budget and final account cost analysis, cost control, project unit price analysis, and statistical analysis of report data. Familiarity with cost estimation software is required;
3. Strong project cost control and management skills, with extensive experience in tendering and contract review;
4. Extensive experience in on-site quantity surveying, settlement, and quantity verification;
5. Working proficiency in English;
6. Some level of Chinese proficiency preferred.
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Responsible for setting engineering goals for designated regions, preparing work plans, tracking implementation processes, and analyzing various risks against the plan;
2. Conduct investment analysis, prepare plans, and handle group and company procedures during the early stages of project execution;
3. Oversee project initiation, review and revise cost estimates and contract clauses, and follow up on contract and pricing agreements.
4. Manage the tendering process for engineering projects in the designated region, summarize tendering experiences, analyze market trends and historical project data, and assess the status of various contractors.
5. Calculate and review the total budget cost of projects;
6. Establish and regularly update a regional price information platform and enterprise quota;
7. Coordinate with various departments of the group and company, lead the organization of project completion settlement and progress review in accordance with group and company requirements, and establish various progress reports.
