Our Opportunity

Work Location: Fortescue’s Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.

Roster: Residential (Hedland) - 4D/3R or 5D/2R OR FIFO ex Perth - 4D/3R

Fortescue is seeking a Housing Liaison Officer who will provide day to day assistance with the management of Fortescue’s housing portfolio in Port Hedland. The Team are searching for a friendly customer oriented and motivated person to join their small fast paced department in Port Hedland on a 12 month contract, with the potential for full time employment at the end of the contract period for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Basic Property Management including report completion
Administrative office tasks including basic invoicing and accounting
Management of property maintenance including scheduling of repairs for contractors

Qualifications and Experience

SAP or similar accounting system knowledge (desirable)
Strong knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft products including excel
Experience in a similar customer-oriented role
