Position:Electromechanical Installation Cost Engineer
Please note that the job location is in Serbia.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with preference for candidates familiar with the characteristics of electrical and mechanical installation in the mining industry;
- Proficiency in English as a working language;
- Skilled in using CAD;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Good data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of cost control.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage cost estimation for overseas electromechanical installation projects, ensuring project budgets, contracts, and cost control comply with international standards and local regulations;
- Assist in budget preparation, bidding, and contract negotiations for overseas projects, ensuring budget accuracy, rationality, and alignment with project technical requirements;
- Track project construction progress and financial expenditures, promptly identifying cost risks and proposing solutions based on electromechanical technical features;
- Assist the project manager in cost optimization and savings using electromechanical expertise, ensuring project execution within budget;
- Analyze material procurement prices in international and local markets, adjusting and optimizing project budgets based on electromechanical technical requirements;
- Review project change management, ensuring accurate assessment of technical changes' impact on the budget while meeting contract requirements;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as design, procurement, and construction) to ensure accurate cost data sharing and compliance with standards.
