About The Role
We seek a Project Operations Officer – Earthworks to oversee and coordinate operations in remote locations. This role is essential for ensuring safe and efficient track access, drill site preparation, and rehabilitation efforts as part of our exploration projects.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in field operations, remote earthworks, logistics, and contractor supervision. You will be key in planning, executing, and supporting operations while working closely with diverse teams to deliver project outcomes.

This Perth-based role involves frequent and irregular travel to remote exploration sites, with flexible roster options available.
Reporting to the Project Operations Supervisor and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Earthworks team you will be
- Supervise earthworks operations, including track access, drill pad construction, and rehabilitation in remote field environments.
- Coordinate logistics and operational support for exploration projects, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with project teams, including Project Managers and the Ground Disturbance Approval team, to plan and implement earthworks activities.
- Support and coach less experienced team members, promoting a culture of everyday respect, psychological safety, learning, coaching and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) standards, leading by example and fostering a strong safety culture.
- Provide hands-on leadership in the field, assisting with camp setup, contractor management, and environmental processes.
