This roster is a four-day week consisting of nine and a half hour days.

About the roleThe Training Advisor sits within the Evolution People and Culture team and is responsible for providing advice for training, assessment, orientation and induction of accredited programmes and activities to support the Northparkes operations and contractors. This role will take particularly responsibility for supporting the asset management team on both surface and underground operations
- Responsible for delivering inductions and orientation of new personnel for the Asset Management department ensuring that all compliance standards are met.
- The development and review of processes, learning aids and documentation to ensure consistency with the latest industry information and legislative requirements.
- Work with the Asset Management team to ensure that all training solutions meet the need of site activities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Be available to support shutdowns in both the surface and underground operations by providing on the job training and assessment to employees and contractors.
About you
- You will be an experienced Training Advisor and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- You will hold a relevant trade qualification in a mechanical or electrical background.
- Ideally you will hold a High Risk Work License (Forklift, Dogging, Crane., EWP etc.)
