We are currently seeking applications from experienced Fabricators for upcoming opportunities.

Work Location: Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites

Rosters available: 7D7N7R OR 7D7N14R

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on large-scale mining equipment
Undertake general fabrication duties and repairs
Collaborate with the maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.
Maintain compliance with Fortescue and site-specific safety procedures and policies
Ensure all maintenance works are completed to a high standard

Qualifications and Experience

Australian recognised Trade Certificate in Fabrication
Previous experience working on large scale mining equipment, in an operational environment
High level of safety awareness and orientation
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
Experience using Microsoft programs and computer based maintenance systems (SAP desirable)
Current C Class Drivers Licence
